Summary: Overall we are glad we chose this location for our trip. The playground was great for the kids, the campground was quiet and family friendly, and it was a nice in between location between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. It was spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 children and the overall cleanliness was great! We appreciated the amenities and space over hotel rooms. The pots and pans were usable, but they were worn out and the handles were loose. My biggest concern was the lack of communication with the property manager. We checked in just after office hours Saturday which was no big deal, but we discovered the sheets for the pull out couch were not in the cabin. I reached out using the after hours phone number provided several times over the weekend and had no response until physically going to the office Monday morning during office hours. Thankfully our issue was an inconvenience rather than a safety concern, but I was not pleased with the lack of communication.
